Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide stock control and replenishment services so that you can relax in the knowledge that you will never ’run out’ of key components.
o One Invoice when you want it ... whether we manage your inventory or not, if you prefer not to have an invoice for each delivery, we can provide you with a single invoice weekly or monthly for the goods you have received.
o Computer Controlled Audit Trail ... our fully integrated computer system can provide you with a full audit trail for all purchases made, all deliveries received, even when you last purchased a particular product, and how much you paid for it.
o Alternative Coding ... our system allows us to search for products using the manufacturers part number, or any other industry standard code.
o Customer Coding ... prefer to use your own part codes ... no problem many of our customers have their own stores codes which we adopt. From the moment you advise of your codes, you can order using only your codes, and all documentation from that point on refers to your own part numbers so you never have to worry about cross referencing again.
o Product Substitution to reduce costs ... many of our customers are building our components into their products. In today’s competitive market, it is important to reduce costs, so we work with our customers to ensure that we constantly monitor their usage, and recommend alternatives for them to assess.
