The Company is ISO 9001:2000 certificated. SICMEMOTORI, with its productive units in Italy and abroad, is able to satisfy mostly of its customers’ requests over variable speed drives. The company organization is structured according to Lean Production and Learning Organization principles and makes wide use of integrated software systems.
Production procedure is managed by an M.R.P system. All working processes are recorded by means of an up-dated laser bar-code reader system which characterizes all internal working methods and constantly checking the entire manufacturing process.

SICMEMOTORI has recently developed these new and modern series of permanent magnet synchronous motors, having in mind the most advanced applications, when an integrated motorization is requested in order to eliminate the gearbox (commonly known as "Direct-Drive" applications) The advantages of a "Direct-Drive" solution compared with a traditional one cover many aspects, from the more compact construction to a higher efficiency and a virtual lack of maintenance, thus a faster ROI. Designing has been carried out by the utilization of the most modern calculation software (FEM), in order to get perfectly electromagnetic and thermal dimensioned machines. The development of the series has been done in cooperation with the Institute of Electrical Engineer of the Politecnico of Turin.
