We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant on a full-time basis working within our Erskine office, hours will be flexible to suit the ideal candidate & the business.
The role will involve (as you might have already guessed);
Generating Sales Ledger Invoices
Registering Supplier invoices
Credit Control inclusive of calling customers for payment dates and chasing overdue invoices before handing to relevant account managers
Reconciliation of company credit cards
Assist with sending monthly customer statements
Assist with the monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Intercompany reconciliations
Adhoc admin work when required
Knowledge of excel is essential. We really, really, really need you to have this. Did we mention is was really important? Oh, we did. Sorry.
For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Assistant (that's you) with a hands on approach, strong organisation and time management skills. You'll have a high level of attention to detail (working with numbers tends to make you that way) and be able to work to tight deadlines.
You'll need to have at least 1 year's accounts experience.That way you can hit the ground running.
*Job Type: Full-time, permanent position, basked in Erskine. This job is initially to cover maternity leave, but our workload is such that, after a probationary period, it is likely to become permanent. This role is not suitable for remote working.
Additional pay: Bonus scheme. If the company does well, our employees do well.
