Due to an increasing volume of sales, we're now looking for an accounts assistant to join our happy band. Do you have the necessary qualifications? And are you ready to move forward in your career? Here's a list of your new full time, office-based duties:
- Sales Ledger: Processing all sales invoices & credit notes
- Credit control
- Purchase Ledger: Processing all purchase invoices & credit notes
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Create & maintain all aspects of both Sales & Purchase Ledgers
- Filing
- Preparation & processing of monthly bacs payments
- Assisting with cash allocation & bank reconciliations
- Assisting with preparation of monthly accruals & prepayments
- Maintain administration databases
- Opening company mail
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
Experience required:
- Experience of EMIR system is preferred, but not essential (full training will be provided)
- Experience of Microsoft packages - basic Excel knowledge is essential
- Previous experience of working within an accounts department 1+years preferred
