Head ‘chef’ Steven Quinn yesterday showed a team of engineers from the oil and gas industry how best to serve this dish with practical hands-on training.
Using demo cases during training enables the engineers to enact actual drive scenarios which they’ll come across on a daily basis. The result? A workforce, up-to-date with the latest technology and able to remedy common drive faults themselves.
At the end of the drives’ training all agreed that they had ‘digested’ a vast amount of inverter information..and the food provided was also very acceptable.
