EDC North East Ltd shareholders sealed the deal last week with the official ceremony, completing the legal process.
John Guthrie, Matthew Hutton and Neil Keenan all signed on the dotted line, making them an intrinsic part of EDC NE - the north east's Authorized value provider for ABB drives.
