Working to exacting standards, we were delighted to support them with a recent project – which called for an electrical and mechanical control system upgrade to one of their intricate process machines.
EDC NE stepped up to the plate offering a bespoke service providing attention to detail as rigorous as their own, resulting in an installation which complements their existing automated processes and standards. Designed for a specific piece of machinery, the new control system uses two ABB ACS480 0.75kW inverters and two SEW motor gearbox units.
It also incorporates an upgraded safety system with jog controls for both motors and a pulse counter - all included in the panel.
