Always helpful, always knowledgeable, always customer centric, Karen Lindsay has made motors her area of specialist expertise - and we're very lucky to have her onboard.
Karen started at EDC in internal sales, but quickly gained knowledge of rotating machines. With an excellent eye for and attention to detail, she proved meticulous in quoting motors with often numerous or post-production specifications.
Her dedication to helping customers in breakdown situations get a replacement motor on time and in budget has made her an invaluable member of team EDC.
Said Karen:"I really can't believe it's been 7 years - 7 years! They do say time flies when you're having fun and that's how I've felt being part of the team at EDC. You never know what to expect on any given day and it's challenging but rewarding to be able to help customers get production back on track if they've had a breakdown. It gives me a real sense of achievement."
