As an authorised ABB Value Provider, we supply, install, service and maintain ABB Variable Speed Drives and Motors across a wide range of industries, including water utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial buildings and offshore operations.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, customer-focused and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team.
The Role
Working within our internal team, you will play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating projects and ensuring the smooth delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing customer enquiries and accurately interpreting requirements.
• Preparing technical solutions and quotations.
• Coordinating customer orders and deliveries.
• Liaising with suppliers to source and cost components.
• Raising purchase orders and managing procurement activities.
• Tracking projects and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Preparing and completing customer and company documentation accurately and on time.
• Assisting with the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Providing support to customers and internal engineering teams.
• Attending customer sites when required.
Additional Responsibilities May Include
• Conducting site visits
• Producing stock and sales reports.
• Participating in training courses and internal meetings.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications
• Understanding of industrial environments or electrical engineering.
• Previous commercial, sales support or coordination experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
Training & Career Development
Comprehensive in-house training will be provided. You'll gain hands-on experience with ABB products, technical sales processes and project coordination, supported by an experienced engineering and technical team.
