
Our engineers aren't easily 'phased'. There's not much they haven't seen or had to do - including problem solving at the kitchen table on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
In this case, one of our field engineers ran into a problem whilst swapping out a drive. The old drive had specialist adaptive programming, but its card was corrupt and the information couldn’t be extracted.
Luckily, our customer had a service contract with us and we were able to extract the information from our server (from 2014!!!), load it on to a spare card, see the programme and then write new adaptive programming and send it to our engineer to load.
