A new conveyor system comprising rollers, conveyor belt and material distributor will be expertly managed by a dedicated control panel with 4 x ABB ACS480 drives from the talented EDC NE engineers.
Not only is the panel designed to ‘blow the whistle’ with a pre-start siren before commencing operation, it also has a time delay function between processes and a reverse stop (to avoid possible blockages).
Perfectly put together EDC NE's Alan Stewart was one of our talented team working on the panel's production.
That should keep production rolling along nicely...
