When the combination of heavy rainfall and a high tide left a critical utilities site a foot deep in river and seawater at the weekend, the customer turned to EDC to stop them from being left high (but not dry).
Attending site with a new ABB VSD to replace the damaged one, our engineer, Ryan Taylor, quickly swapped out the drive, loaded the parameters and promptly set it to work, leaving the site shipshape.
